Welcome to StampCircle, a digital stamp platform designed to help small and medium businesses grow customer loyalty with less cost and more convenience. By accessing or using StampCircle (“the Platform”), you agree to these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). Please read them carefully before using our services.

  1. Acceptance of Terms

    By registering for or using StampCircle, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

  2. Description of Service

    StampCircle provides a digital loyalty stamp system where businesses issue stamps to customers for purchases or visits. Customers can collect stamps through their digital accounts and redeem rewards offered by the participating business.

  3. Account Registration

    • Businesses and customers must create an account to use the Platform.
    • You agree to provide accurate and complete information and to update it as necessary.
    • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Any activity under your account is your responsibility.

  4. Use of Platform

    • You may use StampCircle only for lawful business or personal purposes.
    • You must not misuse or attempt to hack, modify, or reverse-engineer any part of the Platform.
    • Businesses may not use fraudulent activity (e.g., fake stamp issuance) to manipulate customer engagement.

  5. Rewards and Redemption

    • Each business determines its own reward rules, redemption criteria, and stamp issuance policies.
    • StampCircle is not responsible for disputes over rewards, cancellations, or expired offers set by businesses.
    • Stamps and rewards have no cash value and are non-transferable unless explicitly stated by the issuing business.

  6. Fees and Payments

    • For businesses using premium features, StampCircle may charge subscription or usage fees as specified at the time of purchase.
    • All payments are processed securely. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law.

  7. Data Privacy

    Your personal and business data are protected in accordance with our Privacy Policy. StampCircle may use anonymized data for analytics and service improvement.

  8. Intellectual Property

    All rights, titles, and interests in StampCircle’s software, trademarks, content, and design belong to StampCircle or its licensors. You may not copy, distribute, or reproduce any portion without written consent.

  9. Limitation of Liability

    StampCircle is provided “as is.” We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform, including loss of data or business profits.

  10. Termination

    We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may close your account at any time. Data linked to closed accounts may be deleted after a retention period.

  11. Changes to Terms

    StampCircle reserves the right to update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Platform after updates means you accept the revised Terms.

  12. Governing Law

    These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.
